About ScrubLV

ScrubLV Cleaning Services is hiring dependable, detail-oriented Cleaning Technicians to join our professional team in the Las Vegas metropolitan area.

As a W-2 employee, you will provide residential and office cleaning services while following ScrubLV's established procedures, quality standards, and customer service expectations.

What We Offer

$19.00/hour starting base pay for hours worked as a W-2 employee.
100% of eligible customer tips attributable to your work, under applicable policy.
$3.00 per hour worked in supply reimbursement, under current written policy. Employees must maintain an approved, job-ready cleaning kit.
Paid compensable travel time between assigned jobs.
Job-to-job mileage reimbursement at the applicable IRS business mileage rate, currently $0.76 per mile for July-December 2026. Ordinary commuting between home and the first or last assignment is excluded under written policy.
Variable scheduling: Actual hours and assignments depend on customer demand, scheduling needs, and employee availability. Specific weekly paid hours are not guaranteed.

Scheduling and Availability

Cleaning Technicians must maintain consistent availability to support reliable customer service and effective team scheduling.

Available at least four (4) days per week.
Maintain at least a five-hour scheduling availability window on each selected day.
Saturday availability is preferred but not required.
Reasonable accommodations are considered as required by applicable law.

What You'll Do

Clean residential homes and office spaces throughout the Las Vegas metropolitan area.
Dust, vacuum, mop, and clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas.
Follow ScrubLV's professional cleaning procedures and assignment checklists.
Work independently or alongside another assigned cleaner.
Maintain cleaning quality while working within scheduled service times.
Report property damage, safety concerns, and service issues promptly.
Communicate professionally with customers and the ScrubLV office.
Travel between assigned job locations when scheduled.
Maintain required safety and quality standards at all times.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

Reliable, punctual, and professional.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality cleaning.
Ability to follow instructions, checklists, and safety procedures.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for traveling between assignments.
Ability to perform physical cleaning work, including standing, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 20 pounds, with reasonable accommodation where applicable.
Authorization to work in the United States.
Willingness to complete applicable, lawful pre-employment screening.

Preferred, but Not Required

Previous residential, housekeeping, vacation rental, or office cleaning experience.
Experience working independently or on a cleaning team.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
